- Bookings made within 30 days of arrival require full payment.
- Rates exclude only those taxes, levies or extras explicitly shown before payment.
Cancellation & changes
- More than 30 days before arrival: full refund.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% of the booking value is charged.
- Within 14 days, no-show or early departure: 100% is charged.
- Festive periods use stricter 60-day and 30-day thresholds, shown before payment.
- One date change is permitted without an administration fee, subject to availability and any rate difference.
Property rules
- Damage, smoking, events and unregistered guests are governed by the property-specific rules accepted at checkout.
- Security deposits and local statutory charges remain property-specific until configured and legally reviewed.
